How much does it cost to sign up for PartyKey?
There are no setup nor monthly costs involved.

How soon after I sign up can my account be activated?
PartyKey can approve your account within 15 minutes, which means that you can start accepting online customer payments almost immediately!

Do you accept webmasters/websites from countries outside of the U.S.?
Yes, PartyKey works with customers from all over the world.

What kinds of websites/companies can you be a reseller for?
PartyKey works with a diverse variety of global clients including digital content & phone services websites, shareware/software firms, charity/fund-raising organizations, and live entertainment/event/party launches & promotions.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards worldwide including VISA, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, Optima, Discover, Novus, JCB, Diners Club, and Carte Blanche. This includes all major European debit cards as well as the leading Japanese credit card. We also support payment via online checks.

We don't have a Member's Area but instead sell services - can you work with us?
Yes, PartyKey offers 7 different types of customized order forms and currently works with many organizations which only offer services (i.e., webhosting, custom programming, domain name registrars, phone services, photography sessions, etc.)

My website offers phone-related services - do you offer a virtual terminal for manually entering credit card orders?
Yes, PartyKey offers you the option to use your customized order form as a virtual terminal for those customers who prefer to call in with their orders (however you must notify us in advance if you plan to use this option).

Can you work with companies that offer shareware and software products?
Yes, PartyKey is ideal for shareware & software (especially entertainment-related shareware and business-related software). In addition, we also offer an incentive referral program which will encourage your own customers to market your shareware/software in return for cash commissions (we do all the tracking and administrative work).

We do not sell anything but instead are a fund-raising organization - can you help us?
Yes, PartyKey currently works with many charitable/fund-raising organizations worldwide and can easily help administer the collection of funds. By placing a simple link on your site, you can easily keep track of donations from all over the world. Whether you plan on throwing an exclusive celebrity fund-raising dinner or want to simply collect global donations for specific victims/causes, we can work with you.

Can you provide billing services for a release party or live entertainment event or launch promotion?
Yes, we currently work with many party promoters and entertainment companies by providing convenient online customer registration for their various launch parties/events. This is appreciated by the attending public and in addition delivers customer demographic profiles to the event organizer which are not typically obtained via traditional ticket outlet partners.

What kinds of platforms can your system provide password-protected security access for?
Partykey is platform-independent, so regardless of whether your website(s) run on UNIX, NT, or Linux Servers (or any other platforms), PartyKey can work with you and password-protect your website. In fact we are the only 3rd-party biller which works with ALL websites and ALL platforms.

Can you wire transfer my payouts?
Yes. We can send wire transfers to almost anywhere in the world. Minimum wire transfer amount is $100.

What is your commission?
We charge a transaction commission of 10% for standard accounts, 14.5% for high-risk accounts, with no minimum sales thresholds. We have a different pricing model for shareware/software.

Do you have a holdback on my payouts?
A 10% reserve is required by law in order to cover possible customer chargebacks for all accounts for a minimum of 6 months.

Will my information and email address be made available to other parties?
No, only we will have access to your profile data - please review our Privacy Policy.

Can PartyKey help market my website and/or services?
Yes, unlike other billing service providers, Partykey offers a Strategic Advertising Program which allows you to market your website and/or services to our other customers who have identical purchase profiles to your own customers.
